I need help with a new construction home!

There are so many decisions to make in such a short time so any advise and/or assistance is greatly appreciated!

My current questions are regarding my carpet.

The selections are both Mohawk ... one color is:

Desert Villa (which I think might be too light and pinkish)

and the other is

Honey Comb (which I hope is not too dark)

What Do You Think?

View samples under natural light in your new home. DO not go too light or too dark factoring in your wall color and furnishings. A. Flecked carpet conceals the most in high traffic areas. Consider having rug remnants bound for runners in those areas.
