Hello everyone,

I would like to start by first introducing myself.

My name is Alexander Kvitnitsky,Platinum VIP Agent, and the Founder of YoungCondos which is essentially a team that specializes in solidifying relationships with builders across the greater Toronto area.

So now you probably wonder as to why should this be important for you??? and the reason is that we save you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

Builders release projects in phases, and we try to get our investors in at the very first phase of VIP Sales, as it is the phase where the builder introduces the project at the lowest price point they project their development to ever sell at.

The money that you save at this phase can be seen in many forms such as cash-back incentives, prices inclusive of parking, prices inclusive of locker, 1 year live in mortgage free, free maintenance for a year, and many other incentives that the public normally doesn't get to take advantage of when the project is introduced to them.

With this discussion I wanted to introduce the concept of VIP Condos, and get some responses from people who experienced those in the past, success stories, any questions that I'm looking forward to answer, any other thing that is related to this topic.

Best Regards,

Alexander Kvitnitsky

Since you asked.... and hopefully this thread will be deleted very soon.

My "own opinion" on any condo development (especially in popular or resort areas) is this: They are made to make a quick profit for the developer and the sales agent. And a continuing stream of association fees in income for the land holder who takes care of the commons area and maintenance, Period.

Condos tend to be the most valuable when new. As the builders build others...the ones a year or two or more older, loose value as they are just older/less desirable than brand new ones. The older ones are often very hard to sell too.

So... go peddle your condos elsewhere. If they were that great, you would not be trying to promote them on this site...now would you?Wink
