geniuslrgGee whiz guys!
I have been watching the brothers since they originally appeared on HGTV and while I have had the odd quibble now and again about some of the content of one or another show, watching Property Brothers has been an almost entirely pleasurable experience.

Here's the gee whiz: try as I might, I just cannot get behind Buying and Selling. I realize that over the course of any PB episode Drew has far less to do than Jonathan but somehow crafting a show where they both get (nearly) equal onscreen time has just not worked for me at all. The energy of the sellers/buyers is just downright odd and the old house/new house set-up just seems to drag terribly over the course of the hour.

I really just have to content myself with watching re-runs of the PB re-runs, wishing all the while that B&S was a more interesting program. Is there any chance Buying and Selling is going to get more interesting?I hope so.Who knows.

Idaho ResidentI really enjoy watching Property Brothers BUT, I do feel sorry for any naive home owners who believe it to be reality...
Come on, everyone, it's a TV show - and an entertaining one as well - but it is not reality. Hope everyone gets that...

bottleblondeI just read an article on PB Brothers. It is real, they tape 9 shows a year, all simultaneously. ie 9 projects going at the same time. I cant remember who is who but the one brother does get mad because the other does not have as much to do...

Idaho ResidentOP, Although, I also enjoy watching this show, the lack of responses tells me that you might have better luck posting your thread on the "Fan Favorites" message board. This one is used mainly for real estate situations posters encounter in real life....
