The word means NIGHTMARE to me, and so we previously passed on a redo when the rates started falling. However, DH is retired, and I might be too in 2-3 years so I figured that a lower payment then might be a good thing.

Of course, then I got a Loan Coordinator who is going to get the worst comments from me when I fill in the "how did I do" paperwork. Even my bank rep went over her head to get everything finished up. I don't care how many millions of people like me she is dealing with, poor thing, she needs to respond, in a timely manner, if even to say I'll get back to you ASAP. By the time all of the requirements were fulfilled(because of her repeated delay in informing me of things she needed), some of the original paperwork had expired and had to quickly be redone.

Keep asking for updates every couple of days until you get status on each individual problem.
