I know all to well how HARD it is to sell your home. But sometimes if you look hard enough you can find humor in the market itself.

This is about six or eight months old, but I came across it today in my computer files and thought it just might bring a smile to someone's face who has been waiting to sell.

Please note the price of this home. Smile

Well, is it for real. Is it a "REAL" paper. I got some good cartoons via email, I will see if I can find them. Thanks, DB

And who said real estate in California is expensive?

Yes, that IS real, it was in our Sunday paper some months ago....I am SURE it stilumated a LOT of phone calls, had I been in the market to buy back then, I KNOW I would have called.

I figure it was a typo but THERE is a good chance that is was planned...I mean, can you imagine the phone calls that agent got?

One time I had a full page add with two photos reversed Eek
Now the verbage described a modest ranch home
    and
a huge brand new, all the bells and whistles two story home.
    The error was obvious...
I had more calls than the switchboard could handle!!!
Many irate - demanding the BIG house for the small house price! Yikes!
    Curiously,
nobody wanted the little house for the BIG house price. hhhmmmm? Roll Eyes
