That's two in a week. Had a showing yesterday and I have one on New Year's Day!! Sure glad I am not hosting a party New Year's Eve! Things are definitely looking up!

Speaking of a New Year's Eve party does anyone remember the guy last year that had a New Year's Eve party and had guests and debris all over his house when the prospective buyers came through and was upset that his realtor was upset with him?
