I wonder what happens to Sarah's furniture and window dressings when the houses are sold?

Sarah seems to have access to great fabric stores that I have not been able to find. I saw a fabric on a chair on Houzz but when I went to the website it was "to the trade" only. I have never seen a bin with $1.99 a yard fabric!!!

Sarah also seems to have better luck than me finding furniture to rehab. Apparently, with her chair picks and fabric and reupholstering it must be cheaper than a new chair. I have an old chair(therefor free furniture)which costs more to reupholster than a new chair from someplace like West Elm, and that doesn't even include the cost of fabric.

Finally, if you buy one of Sarah's houses, you have something that is professionally decorated. Wouldn't you rather have her furniture than your old furniture? Check out the differences here:
