Medicine cabinets in the house, set up high where little hands can't reach. A specific place for pharmacy would make real sense.

Laundry chute on upper floors and have the laundry on the lowest level, not on top level.

Electronics' central control? This home does have solar panels and other means of eco control. Make it a big deal, right in the kitchen! Monitor daily KwH use, security camera/child monitor, control of fans, lights and HVAC.

Find some ceiling fans.
When the a/c has reached its prescribed max-allowed setting to all the individual thermostats, variable speed ceiling fans circulate the air, especially in Kitchen, dining and living rooms.

Trash compactor. These things really do a number on the volume of kitchen debris.

Instant hot water heater at the sink. This removes the need for running water through the pipes to acquire hot water.
The 1.3 gallon units can keep water at any temp, including 200 F for coffee/tea and rinsing dishes. A timer clock turns it off at night. This unit can be wired to the Standby Power Generator panel.
The Green Home design has, I believe, a closed loop hot water system. When hot water reaches the farthest point of use, a temperature-sensitive switch shuts off the pump. Although this system works well, you do end up with some warm water in cold-water lines when the pump has been running. That, in GA, is not a plus where one drinks lots of cold water from spigots all over the house.

Timer clock on the water heater. This turns the heater off at night, eight hours out of a day, saving one full heat cycle on the unit.

Dumb waiter on the lower level. This takes weighty grocery items up to the kitchen in one fell swoop. Lowers the trash to the lower floor.

Closets in the Retreat and Georgia Rooms?

A TV room with more than 12 feet width. The Georgia Room currently has the TV above the fireplace; the sitting area is quite obtuse.
