Very lovely home in a very upscale area. I doubt that the people who live there want any poor winners moving in among them and there you would be living and spending a fortune, all alone with out any friends near by. We all know what we can afford and that is not in my view finder. I would have to take what cash I could and run. I love the place, but alas, I missed that boat of affordable place for me to reside even with the very big win.
