Who Wins The Dream House

We have taken a poll as to who will win the dream house in SC. Some folks believe that it is randomly selected. Some folks believe that it is fixed.

A. Winner Will Be Randomly Selected
B. Winner is fixed and will be a victim of Hurricane Sandy or some catastrophic event for drama and impact.
C. Winner is picked based on some other criteria like Income, Race, etc.
