I am purchasing a home, and as you know after the downpayment is done and the all taxes and other things are paid- you are left with nothing. We are a family of 4 and we are trying to fix some problems in our future kitchen and hoping for your advice. The appliances are all coming with us from our previous home-all stainless steel; so that can cut costs there, but there are other issues like the washer and dryer hook ups are right in the middle of the kitchen, needless to say next to the house's electrical box! Anyhow, won't bored you anymore with the story until I can get you some facts... will post pictures as soon as possible. Also any chance that any show from HGTV is coming to the Washington DC Metro area? I have been checking for the past year on the site and have not seen the most remote slim chance. Are we that bad in DC? Frown
