i saw a project on line from Summer Baltzer from DOD. To transfer a photo to a canvas and then apply septia toned color wash. Where do I get the color wash. I have looked at the craft stores here in Louisiana and have not found anything.
Thanks

take some burnt umber (or a similar color) and water it down real good.....(craft paint will work if you don't want to do acrylics)....put some on the canvas...let it sit for a couple of minutes and then wipe it off with a soft rag like an old t-shirt....you may have to do more than one application.
