We only have a 35 day close so will be traveling this week to hopefully purchase our "forever" home!

Yes, a party is definitely in order! We used to have such fun ones when someone finally closed! From the outfits we wore (loved seeing everyone's choices) to swinging from the chandeliers to dancing on the tables!

The food was always fantastic from all the areas representing where we all live, so where is Peri? She was the ultimate party planner... think she might be able to hire the same bartenders? They were cute.....

Jeez, so many things happen when one is having computer problems!! This one really surprises me but in a good way.

So we move fast! LOL
Went to Colorado on Thursday, looked at 4 houses that day, looked at 5 on Friday and made an offer at 4 pm - they accepted it at 7 pm and the inspection is tomorrow!!! Everything is a 30 day close so working very fast here!
We definitely need a party! Thanks for all your support over the last 5 years!
