I think it is completely stupid that all these places need to spend that much money, and probably the new owner will not like what has been done. I sure don't. I want to go into an empty house and put ME into it. Not what someone that stages this stuff and thinks everyone will like it. Not only Get it sold, but all the new shows are just stupid.

Wow. I would say, whatever works for you in selling your house do it. Based on your opinion of the shows, you might want to tune into different programming.....

I am one who has a hard time visualizing, so I like to see homes staged versus vacant. I also like neutral colors because it lets me see the features of the home, although I do think I am capable of looking beyond wild colors.
It does sound like you might enjoy other programming more. |
