Hey everybody! We have accepted an offer on our house and are closing June 30th. The buyers are first-time homebuyers with an FHA loan so hopefully everything will go sooth at closing. They are having the inspection this weekend, already! We had taken some of the suggestions you all gave us and changed our vertical blinds out for curtains and put new artwork in the dining space. We also planted flowers outside. A couple of peopel said the nursery was a turn-off (which I can understand), but luckily the buyers love it and asked for our decorations to stay with the house! We are getting our asking price, but are paying their closing costs which are pretty high due to the FHA loan. Anyway, I'll be holding my breath until June 30th when it is a done deal. We plan to close on our new house July 1st. We've got a lot of painting and flooring to do before that though. Thanks everybody!!!
