Our home has been on the market since April. Any advice as to how to get the traffic flowing. THe feedback that we received to date is nice house, floors not what we were looking for (wood laminate). At this time we can not afford to replace but we have a no downpayment clause.
Not sure how hard the realtor is working for us. |
