I have a Cedar deck. Instaed of ripping up the old planks, is there a composite material that is made to go over the existing deck?

Perhaps this site might help you www.decks.com
Be sure to read the first one called Aluminum and Composite Decking. There are many choices, however the only one I found that installs over existing or new decks was the Deck Rite/ www.DeckRite.com I hope this helps. Good Luck Proud Member of the *Solar Panel* working towards a Greener World |

Thanks for the reply and info. Someone mentioned to me that there was a composite decking that was about 1/4" thick and was made to go over existing decks. I can't find it either, but thanks for your help.
