That happens to everbody. I think HGTV knows we are not all perfect. Well now that I think about that, I guess we all are perfect,(except for you Amyart, so don't let that happen again!)

They say confession is good for the soul. Here goes..... I stayed up until 1:00 am (maybe 2:00 am) can't recall. Realized it was the NEXT day, so entered the contest. Woke up at 6:00 am like clockwork. Forgot I had entered. And entered the contest once more. My plea is....Too groggy when entering the second time in the same day. Whew! I feel sooooooooo much better now. Amyart, you're not alone.

Since the rules for this one allow more then one person with different E-mail addresses in a houshold to enter so I enter for my husband and I and then I enter for my sister - in - law in Ohio and my sister in CA! Even more to remember!

does that mean if one time you forgot to enter and entered again, you are disqualified.... i think there may have been a few times that i entered in the morning before work, and entered angain at night. i just thought they would toss the second one out... no wonder i never won!!!!!!

tress, we think they do just ignore the second entry. I don't think you've been disqualified. Most sweeps explain that in their rules. It's pretty routine.

I think you guys are right, they likely allow for forgetfullness. Maybe that rule is for people who slam in like a hundred entries a day hoping to gain an advantage!

We know for sure that the rule applies to people who enter on more than one e-mail address for themselves. (as opposed to entering for other people with their e-mail addresses--that's okay)

I enter for four people. I would enter for my mom, but she wouldn't be able to get there - still recovering from radiation.

Oh she'll be fine, she eats healthy and has family and friends near by. She's just still really tired. Plus, she's like me - I just had my first baby, she had us late in life and is in her seventies and set in her ways, she likes being in her own space, wants everyone at her house for holidays - I think even if she won a million dollars - no taxes she would forfiet if it meant traveling!
