I recently had a new roof GAF color Barkwood put on my home and now I need to find a paint color that will go with it. I would like a medium shade, not to light not to dark. Please help......thanks!
Hello. Posting a pic or two of your home's facade will help with color suggestions. Driving around your neighborhood or local area and viewing homes with similar architectural style and roof color may be inspirational. When I decided on my roof color and brand, I asked the roofing co. to give me names of homes that used the same roof color and brand so I could go see them and note what colors they chose for their home to compliment it. This could become a handy visual tool for you as well.
The style of your home and what materials and trim the house is composed of might also impact the color choice. How far it sits from the curb, other elements that might surround it such as a stone or brick walkway or wall and if it's in full sun during most of the day vs. shade impact the color choice.
It appears that the shingles are a dark brown, but not knowing the above concerns, it would be foolhardy to make suggestions re. what color paint and what value might suit it. Please post a pic or two. Posting pics would also help w/ the color of trim, door(s) and shutters (if applicable) suggestions. Also, keep contrast to the roof in mind too.

I think that a light or med. blue or green would be a handsome compliment to the roof color. Optionally, a pale blue/gray might work well with it factoring in my unknown concerns. Do understand that the main entry door should compliment yet contrast the house color. The door should be hightly visible and welcoming from the curb. If there are shutters on windows, the brown of the roof may be echoed there and the trim in a white that works w/ the exterior color.
