Hello again,
I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with chalkboard paint? When you paint in a kids room, does the chalk create a really big mess? |

I painted chalkboards in my kitchen and in my children's rooms when they were younger.
I hadn't thought to install any kind of moulding ledge to catch the dust, which accumulates a lot faster than you'd think. That said, we still really enjoyed writing on the walls. I'll be painting over my message board in my kitchen when it's time to show my home to brokers, but I got a lot of positive comments when people visited. |

I have chalkbaords painted on the walls in both of my kids rooms and they to make quite a mess on the floor underneath. But, I've got to clean in there anyway, so it's worth it, the kids love them.
