Hello everyone! I have a 1950's style brick home. Its a very small home, I guess some woudl call it a bungalow. Currently it has black shutters/door, off-white aluminum trim, and white replacement windows, and a beautiful green outdoor carpet that is ripping on the porch with green painted steps. I love warm earth tones, but I am having trouble with inspiration. Does anyone know of anywhere I can go to see color combinations on a brick home online? Or do any of you guys have pics that may help that you have done. I wil try to get a pic of my house and get some input from you guys tonight.. thanks for your time!

Hi, welcome to the boards! What color is the brick? That's probably the most important consideration when choosing exterior colors. That and the fact that exterior light can really wash a color out and you can go two or three colors darker than you would on the inside.

True bungalows were intended to be in harmony with their environment. So nature colors were very popular. I'm having a hard time thinking of a website that shows pics of brick houses. I looked at

which is a great magazine for bungalow lovers. But they don't seem to have a gallery. Oh, wait, they have something called the "Family Album." That's a start. OMG, I know the third house shown!! It's in a neighborhood here that I really love. kewl. Greens, earthy red, and golds seem to be popular currently. Except for that coral pink house. I love bungalows.
