ummm...did you get a confirmation e-mail from them?
Once I put in all my colors, continued through the checkout procedure, and must not have hit the final button to "Confirm". Didn't get 'em, either. If you have a Confirmation e-mail, then I would e-mail them and attach the e-mail to show them.
Come to think of it, I ordered a bunch of large chips from them a few weeks ago and didn't get mine, either. While it's entirely possible that I didn't hit the final button (my brain is wilting in this 115 degree heat), perhaps they were having some computer glitches? I ought to go see my order record and what happened. Hmm.
Okay, back to say that in my case it was user error. I just looked at my previous orders and there are only the first two. The third isn't mentioned. I'll have to keep a sharp eye out for that last confirm button this time!
You might check your order on their site and see if it was acknowledged.
okay i decided to go ahead and order again anyway as i'd been waiting long enough. and i think i missed the last step last time, as i did get an email confirmation this time.
