I have an open concept home and used BM nocternal gray which we used as an accent wall. Now we would like to paint the opposite wall a new color and am looking for a gray that would go with the nocternal gray. Any suggestions in a BM. Any help would be appreciated!

If it were my room, I would select a couple of greys by moving up that particular BM paint chip and then test them on the wall in my own light exposure.
I agree w/ BearCat's advice re. using variances of hue values from the same Nocternal Gray chip. You can't go wrong. Otherwise you risk different undertones that can work against your accent wall vs. complimenting it. Of course, it's ALWAYS essential to view chips under the different lighting conditions (day and night, natural and artifical) throughout a few days.
I am also wondering what inspired you to use the Nocternal Gray on the accent wall. Did you pull it from fabrics, a rug, art, stonework ??? Or..was it a good neutral compliment to your existing furnishings, flooring and trim? It's always a good idea to pull wall colors from new or existing inspirational prints to provide an intentional backdrop to your furnishings that not only is in contrast, but suits the lighting and the feel you desire to evoke.

I always agree that picking another shade, one should look first to another on the same paint strip. If you are not pleased with any of those, my suggestion is that you look at BM Sidewalk grey.
