I placed an order this past sunday for the 'Teasing Georgia' climbing rose. I still have NOT received an e-mail confirmation. I sent another e-mail to them on tuesday to ask if they ever received my order. Still no response. So yesterday I called them and their lines were all busy so I had to leave a message.
Is this normal for them? Are they just super busy, especially with Mother's Day this weekend?

I haven't ordered from them for a couple of years now, but they were very reliable then. Maybe its the spring and Mother's Day rush. I hope so because I'd like them to be there for me when I get a replacement or two now and again. quiltbea
Thanks. I dealt with them a month or so ago when my Christmas gift (2 climbing roses from my mother) were supposed to be shipped. They were VERY slow at giving me a shipping date, but they finally came.
I placed this order over a week ago, sent 2 e-mails and left a voice mail message and still have NOT heard back from them. I'm tempted to call today and cancel my order but I really want that rose.
