Anyone else have non-stop rain? I like the rain cause we need it, obviously for mother nature's treasures. But we have had soooooo much rain that I can hardly do anything on the weekend, it's still wet!!!
Unfortunately, I do NOT have a rain barrel!!!

Rain and drought are not equal opportunity participants, unfortunately. I'd give my eye teeth for some of your rain. We haven't had but a spit of it for more than a month!

Sorry about your rain........we were beginning a mini drought until the past couple of weeks when we finally got a couple of good soakers. Wish you could share with those of us who need it.

Which reminds me - FFG - how is your drought situation?

yeah....May showers instead of April...
Yesterday on and off all day! Today a little and now sun and stickyness!
I do feel bad because so many areas are without rain and I know we'll be complaining soon enough when it stops again, but wow!
those slugs are all over my garden! I had to put out slug pellets again and was picking some of the larger ones off my freshly planted annuals!
ICK!

Yes, send it on down....I thought we were still in extreme but I see that our little pocket is exceptional...which is worse.

Vera, we need the rain but there's none in sight. Temps in the mid 90's with below 50% humidity.

Yes, I am sooooo sorry about your lack of rainfall. When I posted this, I was curious to learn if other Northeasters were experiencing the same amount of rain that we were. I think we must have broke a record for the most rain in May. It rained all last week practically and/or cloudy. It was rare to see the sun. If we did see the sun, even the newscaster on TV would make a comment about seeing something you haven't seen in a long time....
Sunny and hot today, but supposed to rain some more over weekend.
Like I said before, so sorry for those with drought conditions. If I could send you my rain, I would!!!! (((((((Hugs)))))))

I'm not sure about FFG, but we might get some rain from that sub-tropical storm sitting off the east coast. At least they are forecasting that we will...on Mon.!

So I need to get my rear in gear in this HOT weather today & get most of those plants I bought planted before it hits!

I try not to get too upset over the rain. It usually rains on my day off and then is sunny when I have to work. I remember last summer when we had no rain for months and temps in the high 90's and 100's. I do understand you feelings though. Hope you get some sunny days so you can feed your habit.
