Me either. I have loads of small plant pots so I just use them. I know they are probably better and like the ides of returning newspaper byproducts to the earth.

This one is more complicated altho I find separate pics like this are easier to follow than a video that I constantly have to stop and start: http://www.forgreenies.com/ori...spaper-seedling-pots I wouldn't have the patience for this one either.

J: Oh yes, the first instruction is way easier... I'm surprised it works with just one layer of paper though. I know it's rolled up, but it still seems like it would be a little thin. I can see why they need each other to hold up.
The second one seems to be similar or the same as the video I posted...only explained better.
Thanks Joyluck.

I've had my elem. students make them from strips of newspaper cut a little wider than you want the pot to be so you have room to fold under. As I recall we use 3-4 layers of newspaper. You don't need the wooden form, you can use any appropriately sized can. We use fish food containers, just wrap the strip around the container and fold the newspaper edge under to the bottom of the can. I had the kids use a bit of scotch tape on the side and bottom just to be sure they didn't try to unfold.
