I have these 2 left to put something on them.
What would you put on them?

Can't really tell how tall they are?

I like it but if I were to paint it I would not paint it black. I would paint it maybe yellow with some dabs of green and the bottom part of the pineapple would be medium brown. Just what I would do.

I like it just the way it is. I just like the natural color. Depending on the height of the pedestals would determine how visible the pineapple would be. Set it out where you were planning to put it and see how it looks. If it's going to be hidden by tall foliage, then you will know if the pineapple is too short to be visible.

I like it as it is too. I have a pedestal like yours and I have a bowling ball that I put 1/2 marbles on. I like it in the garden.

If you keep the pineapple, leave it as it is. A boston fern planter on top of each, flanking a doorway or driveway would be spectacular!

I agree with leaving the pineapple natural!
I also think it may be too small for that pedistal.
And I agree with Shook on 2 big ferns on the other 2! Boston ferns, asparagus ferns, foxtail ferns (I love them)....something big like that.
