Absolutely nothing beats home grown tomatoes! Enjoy. How are you going to eat it? Or maybe you've already scarfed it down?

Yum... Congrats! The first tomato of the season is always cause for celebration.
My plants are almost kaput now, but they're giving up their ghosts to a mighty cause. Wink

I know I planted mine a month late so feel priveleged they made it threw the drought. I barely watered them. It was hard enough to keep my container plants alive let alone the vegetable garden. I have had the greatest year yet for green peppers. They are huge and so good.

We're in the same zone and we picked our first one in June. First time ever that early!! Usually not until Aug or Sept. then the frost gets them.
