Lots of water features- missed the azalea and rhodie because of the early spring

Tell us about Longwood. I thought I heard of a nursery by that name?

Muddy- Longwood Gardens is in Kennett Square, PA and has apx 1,000 acres that was owned by Pierre Dupont. (gunpowder mfg) Place is fabuluos. There was a tree on the property near the house that had a lightening rod up it that was apx 120' high. Excellent conservatory there also.
There's also another place the Dupont family owned called Winterthur that the owner told everyone to save the trees first.
Very much well worth the trip.
Do a google-interesting read.
