I copied this color combo when out scouting for plants for my new "courtyard" back yard. I already had the purple ones so just needed to buy the pink ones.

Thank you ladies. The combination is so restful to my eyes. Silly Bird, these are Mexican Petunias. I've had the purple ones elsewhere in my front yard, etc. They pop up all over the place once they get started which can be a good thing or not.

SSTR - love that courtyard. Your color combination is great too. I love mex petunias. You know, on the old GT board, everyone said that mex petunia's were invasive for them....I've never found them to be that way. It must have to do with climate. Since you're warm to hot........they may take over your courtyad - hehee.

So true, Vera. They might just try to do that!! I didn't realize they would over winter further north. I'll have to try digging some and hauling them to Kansas. I have some spots to fill up there.

What pretty flowers. I've never seen Mexican petunias, I'll have to look them up.

Very pretty. They sell a lot of Mexican Petunias around here. I've seen them get up to six feet high.
