Hi, I posted over on decorating, but am going to try here too. Somewhere I have seen used satellite dishes made into bird baths, succulent containers, and just painted with flowers.....where oh where did I see them?

Trying to explain to friends, but a picture is worth a thousand words, right? Thanks.

A gal who used to post here had several...her DH installed them. I know she had a bird bath & I know she painted one also...her name was Gina & she lives in Al....her siggy was "Roll Crimson Tide".

I have 2 old Primestar dishes I use...they are about 3' across...an inbetween from the huge ones & the small ones now. One I use as a bird feeder and the other as a bird bath. My DH made wooden frames with wheels & handles so they sit up about 4' and we can move them to mow.
I also once saw one of the BIG old solid ones turned up-side-down on top of a pole. They had hung those plastic martin gourds all around it...and I have seen them used as covers for shelters like gazebos & fishing docks.

Thank you Karen,
I never think to google or bing, because so many choices pop up I spend way too much time on them trying to find what I want. Not very good at searching I guess,Thanks again.
