PLEASE get some decent commentators for the parade next year. I miss the feminine contigent, REALLY no ladies to keep these guys in check? Everything is a joke? I appreciate good humor but not everything is a joke and once in a while they remember where they are and try to get back to their script

What ever happened to hosts that know something about gardening and (as someone else mentioned) horses? How about the Parade History even?

I've always appreciated HGTV's coverage because they did not have commercial interruptions AND because the hosts were knowledgeable. They used to offer minimal and relevant commentary. The parade speaks for itself. There is no need for constant chatter.

Since, HGTV's programming has moved away from gardening, house decorating and home crafts to an endless slew of real estate shows, I'm realy not surprised at the lack of appropriate hosts. I'm dissapointed though. That being said, I think Rob Weller is doing a good job and I do like Chuck Nice's show (just not his parade hosting).
