those are perfect sunday kind of things to do. i'll join you out on my deck with my kindle, reading Sakajawea.. a book i picked up in '85 and never did get into it. so its on my bucket list to git 'er done.

hope your rain dance works!

Bana, which version are you reading...there were 2 different ones. The original had a lot more details than the later revised version.

i'm reading the original version. in fact, i still have the paperback from 1984 with its pages aged and with that lovely old book smell. the kindle version seems to be exactly the same. i've compared chapters and the kindle follows my old book word for word.

i got to the Charbonneau Chapter 7 in Book One twice and never got any further than that. did you read the book?

You have the perfect idea of chillin'. I read your post and grabbed my car keys and went out for an ice cream run too.

Our AC broke yesterday and South Fl temps are not fun without it. So I have a small fan blowing my way and just finished a scoop of butter pecan ice cream to cool off. Perfect!

uuummm, ice cream! On our drive from TX to Kansas our truck automatically turns into the Braum's in Oklahoma. Chocolet almond cone - yum!
