Wonder if this is sun damage....or the need for more water...or too much water.

It's been in the 100's here.

Yes, it looks like sun damage but could also be combined with to much/too little water.
What is the plant?
I get a lot of that kind of thing down here in the really HOT country! Especially if it is a tender plant or has ALL day sun exposure when it really needs shade part of the day.

Thanks ga.karen.

Can't find the card, but believe this is a Peruvian Daff.

I have two. Moved then this am. Don't have much shade on deck (only under umbrella).

Their soil is moist from mulch; so I removed this am to let soil dry out a little.

I agree, looks like sun damage to me, too. Water when the soil gets dry, I'm watering my potted plants every day. The heat just s ucks the moisture right out of them.

ditto, looks like sun damage to me too. however, if it's a daff, shouldn't the foliage be yellowing anyway? Are peruvian daffs different in their growth habits from other daffs?

Here's a link at Dave's Garden....

says full sun but to not over water!

With the spacing suggested at Dave's Garden, you might also be crowding the pot...might need a bigger pot or to divide those.

Give it a little hair cut, like I call it, to make it more pretty. Care is similar to amaryllis care.
