My dogwoods seem to love this strange weather! I have white ones on both sides of my porch...planted years ago as twigs!

Haven't been able to enjoy the fragrance much yet this Spring Bana! Hope to be out there next week with predicted warmer spell. I do have several so
some Springs perfume does fill the air in the back!

TFS such pretty pics! I love dogwoods but they don't grow this far north.

Nothing much prettier than a dogwood. And the lilac is lovely!

So pretty! My bradford pear tree bloomed so early this year because of the warm weather we had. Lilacs just starting to bloom...love them.

Beautiful dogwood!! Can't wait for mine to grow up, since it just had a few blooms this year. Can't grow lilacs--too much shade, but like the others, I can almost smell them from here! And OH, those cardinals...my all time favorite bird!!! LOVE em!

Muddy, all the dogwoods seemed to do well this year despite the warm and then cold weather. I have a white dogwood that wasn't doing well up front so years ago I had it dug up and put at the back of the yard. We had a lot of branches taken off the pin oaks so it's doing well back there. Never could grow a pink one but they are so lovely.

Lilacs in my neck of the woods, central NY have not done well. Just a few blooms on every tree I have seen. There is only one white that faired better than most.
