How wrong I was! I was going to get going on my sfg. I got as far as spreading manure, came in for a little break(my health hasn't been the best lately). /While on my little break it started raining AGAIN!!!Can't escape the blasted rain!!!!
If it stops I will go out and put newspaper down. Then there lies the problem. I have no mulch to cover with, I do have a bag of peat moss, will that work?

Got any grass clippings, leaves left from last fall? Anything like that will work just fine.

Ugh! Isn't that maddening?

Either we get too much or we don't get enough.

We sure do have alot of leaves, and I have a shreader too, I can just vaccume them up and dump them right out of the bag.

Sure wish I could send this rain to you gals that need it. Just this week alone we've gotten over 3 inches. And last week one 20 minute storm dump 2 1/2 inches. While I was away for mothers day week, they had over 6 inches of rain.I have really had my fill of these rainy days and you gals are welcome to them.

Sorry~ picture perfect here for once but I'm worried about the heat that is coming! The weather guy is saying 90 on the weekend. Hate that! I could never ever live in the South.

We are headed for the 90's this weekend also and I am not done planting flowers. Guess I will be sweating a lot. We could use a good rain.
