I want to see pics of the front where the bird feeders are!!
Love the red hot poker. I've never been able to get them to come up. Maybe you could save me some seed?

Ok gals, I think I have it down, but this weekend time is short. Son & DIL are coming to pick up the kids & dogs and I'll have to feed 6 people plus keep everyone out of everyone else's way!
I still may ask a question or two after they have gone...but I do have notes!
Tomorrow grandson also has to teach me some stuff about facebook so I can keep up with them & their activities...plus they are doing running workouts twice a day that I have to prod them to do!

I'm just about exhausted after this past 2 weeks!

sounds like a 'happy tired' to me. things will get back to normal... meanwhile, try to carve out some time and space for yourself. go hide somewhere in your garden. Big Grin

as for Facebook.. that will be a wonderful way to keep in touch with your family. if you have any questions, put them here on the board and one of us Facebookers will most likely have an answer for you.

Still not "recouped"! I slept a SOLID 8 hrs. last night and still feel like I'm dragging my behind today.

Besides trying to get all the extra sheets, towels, comforters washed & put away....
Yesterday my kitchen sink backed up! I was trying to do laundry and then couldn't use the water until DH found the problem. After taking everything apart under the sink, he decided it was in the pipes under the house...so he found it down there. Evidently, it had started awhile back and then having the kids here with them dumping food down the kitchen sink until I caught them (NO garbage disposal here), the long hair going down the shower drain & them using THICK toilet paper (they bought their own)...it REALLY clogged the pipe!
DH got it fixed.

THEN this morning, my fridge was freezing the stuff on the top shelf! Again...all the in/out of the fridge with the kids and into the freezer for ice all day long...it iced up. So I had to thaw it today and clean it all up. It's working fine now too.

Tomorrow I have to do a grocery run...we are out of several things, like lettuce for sandwiches & salads! Then MAYBE I'll finish getting the house back in order!
We are supposed to be cooler the rest of the week so that means I hit the outside ASAP! That Bermuda grass is trying to take over!

And after all this, I've lost a few pounds. My jeans are EASY to fasten now! Big Grin
