I would suggest you check with your local garden centers. I think they can head you in the right direction.

Handy men--check newspapers.
Check box stores---they work with landscapers and contractors.

being in the islands is a bit different from being from around here!!!.... I'll bet there's a whole troop of fellas that would be willing to help you erect that building if the pay was right and the cool drinks were plentiful!!!....
