if I were you, I'd get in touch with these folks.... http://www.agriculturetci.com/ being in the islands is a bit different from being from around here!!!.... I'll bet there's a whole troop of fellas that would be willing to help you erect that building if the pay was right and the cool drinks were plentiful!!!.... you live in a wonderful, beautiful area...
