does anyone have this plant? It almost looks like poppies. Would you recommend it?

It's a geum. I've only had Mrs. Bradshaw which was short lived in my yard. I like the plant.

16 paws: Yeah, i read it only lasts 3 years but can be divided ??? Just wondering if I should get a couple. They're 2.77 at Menard's here.

nance, that must explain my experience also. I had a mrs bradshaw like paws but it also didn't last long.
I've seen it in HD garden center but passed it over.
Also, I don't think it has much longer bloom time since it is a spring bloomer.

jvelo - thanks for the info. I think I'll pass on them if they're only spring bloomers. I thought maybe they would bloom part of the summer.
