thank you again, Toots, for coming to my request with an answer. I had gone back to page two but not far enough down the page. Guess I thought it wasn't 'that long ago' for the posting!! I want to try making this kind of fountain for my space, even I do well I would like to make two!!! Better not get too enthused here yet

I just saw the post but it looks like Toots helped you out. I'm glad it inspired a few people. It really looks neat in my yard.

One important thing to do. Make sure you can find something waterproof to seal the pot. Apparently mine wasn't 100% waterproof and after a week, all the water leaked out the bottom of the pot. I'm off to Lowes today to find something to seal it up permanently.

thanks for the tip, FM. Please let us know what you find and how it works. I won't be going to 'town' until tomorrow. Maybe I can get my supplies then.
