I have a Catbird that lives in my yard. Here she is strategizing how she is gonna eat the hanging suet. She jumps up and grabs a bite and then comes down...and she does this over and over until she is full! Big Grin

I had some free range chickens......notice I said had...LOL! They would NOT stay out of my gardens! They loved my mater..grapes and absolutly loved, loved, loved my hosta! I did like to sit out on the patio and watch them. The roosters were soooooooo funny when they wanted some ahhhhhhhhh attention from the hens........wayyyyyyy funny! When I came out in the mornings to feed them they would come flying from ALL directions! I had close to 40 at one time. Stray dogs and hawks took out some and I gave away the others. I do miss them BUT I like my flowers and veggies better... Wink
Here is a pic of one of my favs...I called him pretty boy.
