it's a like a large saucer, smaller saucer, and candle holder. no, no function. I have seen ones that are a bird feeder(mounted flat) I will take another picture of the back today. okay here's the "bell hanger" mount. you can get them in the plumbing section. about 1.50 apiece I did the dishes first, then the bell mount. the "stick" is galvinized pipe, painted.
