it's a like a large saucer, smaller saucer, and candle holder.
no, no function. I have seen ones that are a bird feeder(mounted flat)

okay here's the "bell hanger" mount. you can get them in the plumbing section. about 1.50 apiece
I did the dishes first, then the bell mount.
the "stick" is galvinized pipe, painted.

the reason the two screw mounts don't match..

Neat, Phineas! I've seen them done with different color glass--sorta looked like a daffodil.

And who cares if the screws don't match? Nobody's ever gonna see that anyway, so it's all good!! Pretty! Smile
