I have seen the bad of real estate people .Contacted 4 of them last year and none wanted to work with me and why because I was buying something for under 30 thousand and it was not for me but was for a needy person who had horses and had lost there house they were renting because the owners wanted to move back and found the properties I was interested in and called Art Craft of Coldwell Banker real estate and he was willing to help me out and we found them a house in Pittsville and it was in the range of every thing needed and he fought and got it down to 27 thousand dollars .He did not care how much he made on the sale just that he made a sale .Oh by the way I paid CASH for it and told all the agents I was paying cash .So agents out there think before you turn your head on a client and snicker .I did it and the people are paying me back interest free and have not missed a payment in over a year and there are good people out there willing to help .It is all in writing and my lawyer handled the rest .So I helped and stagers can help too I would guess since I see so much talk on TV about staging a home for sale and paying for stagers . I am going to jump in and apologize for this post. My husband and I own the real estate company that this entry was promoting.
This entry was done by a company that we contracted to help us with some marketing and SEO. Were it not for Google alerts, I would have never seen this and known that this kind of tactic was going on. I apologize to the HGTV community and I have already sent a message to the SEO company to discontinue this practice.
We do our best to market ourselves with authenticity and not engage in any SPAM like practices. I hope that this will be removed as it does not represent us well.
