Just one question, how does your price compares with the comps sold in that area?

Gorgeous kitchen/baths and tile work! All appears immaculate in/out.

I know it's hard...we've been on/off the market for well over a year and like yours, seemingly EVeryone LOves it!!!!!!!!! ...but no $ in our pockets yet ...

I have visited the Dells area and it certainly is beautiful with rolling hills/green grass/very fresh air!

I'll keep you in my t's & p's.

We have looked at all the comps with my agent. None of the comps have what our house does. No sprinkler system for the 2 acres. No extra garage. If you add just those 2 things to the comps were are right with the rest. Not to many have sold in our price range. Either a lot higher or a lot lower.

So what your agent is saying is that you have no comps for your area?
I don't know is that is good or bad, perhapd the Realtors in this message board can come up with an answer.

I would ask you agent to revamp the photo presentation. looks like for starters you are walking into the entrance then to a kitchen. Photos should follow a tour. Too many photos.

I just posted on your other thread and think I made it pretty clear that your real estate agents have not done their job - terrible listing re verbiage, poor photographs and such. I sure didn't see any mention of a sprinkler system or anything else that would entice a potential buyer to take the time for a personal viewing for that matter.

The master bedroom showed a quarter of it - very dark. And what is with that exercise equipment in the middle of what I presume is the family room? The pink flower in the middle of an earth-tone kitchen looked ridiculous. If you want to know why you haven't received even an offer over the last seven months - check your MLS listings out.

Myself, I think you have a TERRIFIC home that many would be proud to buy - just need to get the right agent in there to market it in the right way...
