
| I like to sauce them up either with a teriyaki or BBQ sauce of some kind. The recipes I've found for making chicken wings, all say to do them in the oven so I've never fried them.
That said, if anyone here has a delicious recipe to share, I'd appreciate it. The recipes I've made have only been so-so, nothing to rave about. |

| We're fans of the original Buffalo wings (DD lived in Buffalo for 3 years) -- and we bake the wings as well (or grill them) for we didn't want to mess with the grease of frying them! It's Frank's hot sauce and melted butter and then a dash of Worchester. And for some reason, it has to be Franks! Martha |
