lady of shallotlobster with a twist!
We had lobster for dinner Sat. night, making it the third time that week for me! Certainly a first.
We bought the lobster at a local farm where they also do lobstering. The man asked if we would like seaweed to cook it in so we said "sure"!
I steamed it in a very small amount of water on top of the seaweed for about 10 minutes (Lobster just needs to turn red)
The seaweed gave a lovely seaside odor while it was cooking and then we spread it on the garden!

Beau's RoseYUM! it looks delish.
Do you eat them off the plate like that? I always make DH do everything (remove tail from shell) in the kitchen and put only the tail on my plate.
LOL the lobsters here in FL don't have claws but still taste yummy.

These were soft shell so after I removed the seaweed I did indeed eat them off this plate. It was easy to open these shells. I can not open the hard shell without using a hammer or rock or such!

Beau's RoseThanks Lady!
Now I'm hungry for a lobster dinner. Of course I'd rather have 2 of them and forget the side dishes. YUM!
