I might try it next week. I'll probably do something different other than the jar Alfredo sauce. I like to use bottle sauces (some are too sweet so I stick with certain brands) but I only tried the bottled white sauces once. Not a hit in my book.
Okay - I decided I would try it, sans the Alfredo sauce. I thought it would be just as easy to make my own Ricotta cheese filling as to buy the jar stuff.
So, I assembled all the ingredients, got out my crock post and put the first ladle of sauce in the bottom. Then backed out. :
I don't have an oval crockpot - one with a lot of surface. My larger pot is round and deep. So I just assembled a traditional lasagna using most of the directions for the crock pot version. I did cook my noodles al dente first.This message has been edited. Last edited by: Charming,
