I really learned alot! When I use my KA mixer the dough climbs up the hook and goes over the top. He said just boost the speed up and dough flings off the hook. Can hardly wait to try that. Watched the program on flat meat. Going to try the plastic wrap sprinkle with water fold over and sprinkle with water again. The meat flattned much easier. I usually make so much noise my family think's I am building a house Or beating some one. Sue

No, I didn't see it, but I love his programs. You really do learn a lot when watching him. Nobody else actually explains how and why things work like he does.
