How to get cinnamon stay mixed in milk Sign In/Join
posted
I love a cup of hot milk with a tad (1/2tsp) sugar, cinnamon, and small dribble of vanilla real flavoring.

BUT the cinnamon floats on top and no matter how I add it--it separates and floats!

HOW do I get it to stay mixed in the milk?

THANKS---really good way to relax and sleep well!

Try using stick cinnamon instead of powdered cinnamon. Add a stick to your cup, pour the milk mixture over it, let it steep a bit, then remove the stick. Or you could add the stick to your milk while you are heating it, then remove it before pouring the milk into your cup.
