I have seen recipes for Chimichurri and read how delicious it is...but I never got around to trying out the recipe..or had an opportunity to try it anywhere else.
I found this product at Kroger yesterday...Chimichurri in a jar. I tried it on a grilled burger with just a little shredded lettuce and mmmmmmm! it is good!
Am I the last person on earth to find out about this?
I am sure a scratch recipe would be even better. This was a little pricey... $3something for this smallish jar but it will go a long way.

It's awesome and is usually used on grilled meat. I call it the Argentine pesto.
